Return policy

Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours unless otherwise stated during busy periods. UK orders should arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch, whilst international order delivery times can range from 7-15 days from dispatch time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - shipping rates for most countries are calculated automatically at checkout. If your country is not available as an option, please contact us to see if we can add this service for you.
What if my order is damaged?
Please contact us via our Contact page as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find the right resolution whether it be replacement or refund.
How do I return an order?
We offer free returns within 14 days of you receiving your order should you change your mind - please contact us via the Contact page so we can provide you with a pre-paid return label.
